Step 1 :Fill in the order form
a)Fill in the required details(Name,Email,Contact no.,Comment,Shipping address,Postal Code,Method of payment,Method of shipping)
b)Fill in the ‘Comment’ box,including the following details:
-Item code/name
-Description
-Colour
-Size
-Quantity
c)Submit the form
Step 2: We will be replying to you within 48 hours,to notify you of the item(s) availability.If available,we will send you a CONFIRMATION ORDER EMAIL together with payment details.
Step 3: Bank in or Transfer payment to our Maybank/CIMB account number that’s given in the CONFIRMATION ORDER EMAIL or via Western Union.
Step 4: After making payment,email us a proof of payment(eg: picture of transaction slip/email notification from the bank etc.),containing the following details;
-Mode of payment
-Amount paid
-Date & time of payment
Step 5: We will reply to you within 24 hours to confirm your payment status.
Step 6:Upon confirmation of your payment status,we will be replying to you with a CONFIRMATION PAYMENT EMAIL together with the estimated date you will be receiving the ordered item(s).
